Pi Restic Backups is a private, single-user integration operated solely by its owner to create off-site backups of the owner’s self-hosted services.
Google Drive access
The integration accesses only the Google Drive account explicitly authorized by its owner. It creates, reads, updates, and deletes backup repository files needed to perform backup, retention, integrity-check, and restore operations.
Data handling
Backup data is encrypted locally before it is sent to Google Drive. The integration does not operate a public website, collect analytics, sell or share personal information, or provide data to third parties.
Security
The Google authorization token and backup credentials are stored only on the owner’s self-hosted system with restricted local file permissions.
